As well as in an application of the latest scientific evidence and the reading of the latest manuals and books of the best coaches of the moment. Not forgetting the official degree that allows me to legally coach. Currently, I am studying several courses related to career biomechanics and resistance sports training.

Runners should have a good hearth rate or power device and basic knowledge of its function. Cycling athletes must have power meter device. I am looking for worker and committed athletes.
