At Trail Running Scotland we offer a range of skills training courses for runners, guided running holidays and coaching services.
We offer one-off coaching consultations to help you analyse your goal event and plan your season.
We also offer comprehensive training plans, including personalised strength and conditioning sessions.
I have been working in the UK mountains for nearly 20 years as a Mountaineering Instructor (WMCI). Coaching and guiding all aspects of mountain craft, summer and winter.
As a runner I have progressed to completing some of the biggest ultras around, including the Dragon's Back Race, Tor de Geants and in 2021 I won the Cape Wrath Ultra. I have completed all of the UK 'big 3' 24 hour rounds as well as creating my own epic 'Cairngorm Parkrun' 420km taking in all the Munro's within the National Park.
I have been coaching runners since 2020, working with a wide range of athletes across a variety of distances. I predominantly work with athletes competing in ultra distance events, and specialise in the Cape Wrath Ultra, for which I am also the official event partner for recce and preparation events.
