Mother of two grown-up daughters by now, I help women in particular to become fitter and more self-confident, as well as to live running not only as a sport but as a lifestyle in the long term.
I'm passionate about helping you get back to running energized, injury-free, and motivated. Above all, it's about achieving your running goals with lots of fun.
I firmly believe that diligence, sometimes sheer will, consistent training and a good, healthy environment play their part in success.
In the meantime, I can look back on 30 years of running experience, and at a strapping 43, I have a healthy, vital body. All joints, tendons and ligaments are still whole and I feel fitter today than I did in my 20s and 30s.
I´ve run quite a few ultramarathons in the mountains with distances of up to 130 km, finished the Marathon des Sables in 2008 and also a 350 km stage race in Switzerland.
In 2022, I picked up on running in the desert again and won the Ultra Mirage 52 km as well as the Ultra Trail Gazelles Sahara, feeling there´s even more good to come.
