I’m Julian Guerra, a certified Running & Ultra Running Coach (ISSA, UESCA) and a specialist in sports transformation and endurance nutrition. With years of experience in marathons, trail running, and ultra-distance events, I help runners train smarter, stay injury-free, and perform at their full potential.

My coaching philosophy combines science, mental resilience, and sustainable progress. I don’t just build athletes—I guide individuals to become more disciplined, focused, and resilient through the integration of leadership, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Stoic principles.

Each training plan is highly personalized and data-driven, tailored to the athlete's current fitness, goals, and lifestyle. I analyze key performance metrics to ensure measurable progress and continuous improvement.

We train under the 80/20 principle, a proven methodology that balances low- and high-intensity sessions to optimize endurance, avoid overtraining, and maximize long-term results.
