Hello, my name is Tracy Christenson. I have been coaching cycling and triathlon in the DFW area for the last 5 years, and coaching strength and conditioning for the last 15 years. I have an academic background in human performance, as well as competitive experience in cycling and short distance triathlons. I work with individuals at all levels of the athletic spectrum, from beginner to elite. Many of my clientele in the last few years fit the mold of the working professional who is also the amateur competitive or recreational cyclist or triathlete. They are motivated and driven, but don’t always have tons of hours in a week to train and need to get the most bang for their workouts with the time available. I also specialize in strength and preventive injury programs to make sure the body is the most efficient machine it can be for each individual, and the foundation is solid to support the training in your discipline of choice, with minimal interruptions.
