Tom Holland, MS, CSCS, CISSN is an exercise physiologist, certified sports nutritionist and sports performance coach who has helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals. He holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology and has been certified by the ACSM, NASM, NSCA AND ACE. Tom is the author of The 12-Week Triathlete, The Marathon Method, Swim, Bike, Run - Eat and Beat the Gym and has also starred in numerous fitness videos. Named one of the Top Ten Fitness Professionals in the Country by Women’s Health Magazine, Tom is a frequent contributor to the media and has appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN & more. Tom’s workouts have been featured in dozens of magazines including Self, Men’s Journal, Fitness, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness and Shape. An elite endurance athlete, Tom has completed 25 Ironman Triathlons including IM China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Germany, Brazil, South Africa & The Hawaii World Championships. Tom has run over 60 marathons and ultramarathons, is a sub-3 hour marathoner and has an Ironman PR of 9:56.
