Personal, leading-edge coaching built on a foundation of strong communication and a close working relationship. I work together with athletes from over 9 different countries across a range of disciplines and help develop the performance of both aspirational racers through to national champions.


I employ coaching methods derived from the latest scientific observations and understanding of athletic performance, married with actionable, real-world strategies that are proven in the field.

My aim is to maximise the athlete's potential and performance whilst providing clear explanations around the purpose of each workout and the structure of the overall training plan.

I have a vast experience of power meter-based training and coaching, and can provide expert guidance and analysis for athletes who train using power.

As a professional athlete myself, I also understand the unique circumstances and challenges that aspiring athletes face and aim to convert theoretical science into practical, actionable advice.

As a professional athlete, I'm the current British MTB XCM National Champion, compete in the UCI XC MTB World Cup, race throughout the year at high-ranked UCI races in Europe and have represented Great Britain at the MTB World Championships.
