Tom Bell

I help Mountain Bike and Cyclocross athletes achieve peak cycling fitness through free proven training advice, as well as one-to-one coaching, structured training plans and private consultations.


I take the latest science and high-level racing experience and apply it to actionable training plans that result in higher fitness and greater cycling performance.

I'm the 2017 British MTB XCM National Champion and compete in the UCI XC MTB World Cup. I've represented Great Britain at the MTB World Championships and I'm also a past British Universities Champion in both Road and MTB events.

And as a coach, I've worked with 100s of cyclists from over 15 different countries over the past 6-7 years, producing several national champions along the way.
