My training plans include power and pace duration testing in order to maximize the return on time invested. The basic structure includes shorter sessions mid-week and longer endurance work on the weekend to provide structure, and consistency and allow time for your friends, family, and career.
I'm Information of Techonology engineer by trade and a sport pasionate. I have been actively involved in sport for 15 years and have participated in many multistage reaces as: Cape Epic, Swiss Epic, TransAlp and many more.
