I coach triathletes for all distances, from sprint distance to Ironman distance races. I also coaches duathletes and runners

I have been coaching multisport athletes since the mid 90's and have been a coaching associate with Joe Friel since 1997. I have competed in triathlon since 1988 and have completed over 200 triathlons including eight Ironman distance races, including Hawaii Ironman. My clients are professional athletes, elite age-group athletes, and also novice athletes, who are from N. America, Europe, and The Untied Kingdom. I presently spend my time, living, training, and coaching, at my two homes, in Southern Arizona and at the Jersey Shore.
I am a certified USAT Triathlon Level II Coach.
