Hi, and thanks for stoping by, id been active athlete for more than 20 years.
Im involved with endurance sports, such as triathlon (short course & long distance), trail run and Ultras.
My coaching career started on 2015, as I started my national federation courses for triathlon. As id been involved in endurance sport, I did get experience in mountain and sky running, with that background I had the chance to develop specific plans for different skills, and events, even for 3k beginners to Ultra marathon athletes.
My goal as a coach is to provide all the tools you need to set reachable targets and accomplish your goals.
