I am an expercienced roadie who rides his bike for over 30 years. I am a former Elite cyclist and have raced internationally. During those 30 years I have learned a lot. And now I'd like to use that knowlegde to make you better,

That's my short story. Here's the longer one:

I got my first race bike when I was 8 years old. And immediately fell for it. I could ride for hours and hours and never get tired. I waited until I turned 16 before I finally started to ride races... And started to win immediately. It was hard and tough and I learned I enjoyed riding my bike more than needing to win a race. So I quit after 6 seasons of bike racing.

After some years of career building I returned to being a sportsperson. I started to climb mountains. First alpine style and later expeditions. I am lucky enough to have climbed 3 of the 7 highest mountains on each continent.

But old love never dies. For me, it returns stronger. The last 5 years I have been racing my bike more and harder than ever. I fully focus on Gran Fondo races, preferably with long climbs. And have gotten some good results!

After years of being a coached athlete myself, time has now come to share my knowledge. My biggest lesson is that there is so much more to being an athlete than just training a lot. It's a lifestyle with many, many benefits!
