A good coach-athlete relationship is less prescription and more teaching, trying to learn as well as get stronger. I started training with a coach in 2015 and was immediately sold on the benefits to 1-on-1 coaching. After a few seasons, I had my coach help train me in his "jedi-master" ways so I could grow into a coach as well. My mission is to help riders from weekend warriors to die-hard racers find their inner Fast.
