Coach Tim was raised outside of Boston, MA. In 2016 Tim's primary job moved him to Sugar Land, TX where he, his wife Danielle, son Teddy, and dog Abner currently reside. Growing up he competed in football, lacrosse, baseball, and wrestling. Even competed at the collegiate level in football and lacrosse.

In 2011 Tim entered the world of endurance sports and triathlon. Then competed in his first 70.3 distance triathlon in 2012. Since then he has completed 4 full Ironman, 9 70.3 distance, numerous Olympic and sprint distance races. Along with a couple half and full marathons.

In 2018 Tim followed a passion for teaching and helping people and obtained his USAT level 1 coaching certification. He not only did he want to help himself improve, as an athlete, in triathlon. But also share his passion for the sport with others in the community.

Coach Tim believes in an open line of communication and trust are the keys to a successful coach/athlete relationship. Once the trust in the process is established. You can work together to build a personalized training plan that is best suited to help you obtain your individual goals.
