Personally I have represented my country in sport, taught undergraduate Anatomy & Physiology as well as provide Corporate Leadership Education, Coach Education workshops and mentoring to other coaches.

I have always focussed on coaching a small group of athletes year on year, typically 12-16. In recent years from 860 races 53% were podiums (well over half of these podiums being wins). Notably podiums were achieved fairly equally across female and male athletes, 49% and 51% respectively.
