I am a passionate person, and I always say that coaching is not a job, but a lifestyle, this passion for coaching makes me continuously input all my effort in every single workout, training session. This passion forces me to be proactive and to always look for new ideas and ways to expand athlete' knowledge; likewise, I seek PD opportunities to develop and innovate my coaching.
