My name is Theresa Miller. I am a USAT Level 1 certified coach specializing in Triathlon coaching. I have competed in triathlon including ironman distance races for 11 years. I have raced at the World Championship level at the 70.3 distance and the 140.6 distance. I have also raced 10+ stand-alone marathons. I welcome all level athletes from beginner to seasoned athletes!
I am a multiple podium level finisher at the Ironman 70.3 distance and the Iroman 140.6 distance. I have coached several athletes to their first 70.3 distance and full ironman distance finish lines.
