My name is Theresa Miller. I am a USAT Level 1 certified coach specializing in Triathlon coaching. I have competed in triathlon including ironman distance races for 18 years. I have raced at the World Championships at the Half Ironman (70.3) distance and the Ironman (140.6) distance. I have also raced 10 stand-alone marathons, including the Boston Marathon; as well as many half marathons, 15ks, 10ks, and 5ks. I welcome all levels from beginner to seasoned athletes!
