We will set realistic goals and map out a training plan tailored to your goals and schedule. Our aim is "real life" coaching - balancing all the important things in life while reaching for goals.


I am a coach, a runner, a mother, a climber, and a philosopher (as in, I like to think about and examine questions that are difficult, if not impossible, to answer). These are the five attributes that I believe best sum up the central aspects of my life. They all came to me and stuck, and I became them.

I've been a runner for 35 years - Well, actually much longer than that (really 40+ years) - I ran my first race when I was 8 years old, the only girl in the pack, and that was it, I was hooked. But over the past 25 years, running has been a constant in my life - through all the changes of life - I remain a runner.
