I am a London-based cycling coach who works with athletes of all levels, from entry-level to World Tour professional.
My public coaching is provided through Cadence Cycling Performance Centre in Crystal Palace; home to all things cycling. My speciality is working with riders who have hectic schedules and limited training time, but I am extremely experienced with working with all levels of riders.
Get in touch if you want to arrange a coaching consultation with me.
I currently work with NTT Pro Cycling as a Performance Coach and Sports Scientist, and in addition to this I coach many amateur athletes through Cadence Performance in London.
I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Kent, where I investigated endurance cycling performance and training response. I am currently working towards a PhD specializing in the individualisation of training prescriptions. I apply my scientific knowledge to help riders improve their performance, which is really great! I hold a Level 2 award from British Cycling in Cycling Coaching.
Regarding my own cycling, I come from a Road Racing background, competing in regional, national and overseas competitions. I've also competed nationally in MTB and Cyclocross events.
