My goal is to help all my athletes reach their potential, no matter what their performance level is; from entry-level to World-Tour professional.
The coaching plans I offer are prescribed based on your specific goals, history, and availability. We will work together in developing your training plan, and effective communication will ensure that you are supported optimally in your progression.
During the current times I am also running super fun virtual group training sessions!
My background as a coach comes from a long history of research and applied sports science. Since a young age I was racing my bicycle in road races, MTB, and cyclocross; so naturally looked around for ways which I could become faster and win more races.
This hunger for knowledge led me to start my University journey from an Undergraduate degree in Sports Science, a Master's degree, and onto a PhD in endurance training individualisation. I work hard to apply this scientific knowledge into the training I prescribe, but also have plenty of coaching experience to know that sometimes science can be quite rigid!
My coaching journey began during my time at University when I started working at Cadence Performance, a cycling performance centre in London, where I coached athletes from entry-level riders all the way to those who competed at national events.
I currently work with the UCI World-Tour team NTT Pro Cycling as a Performance Coach and Sports Scientist, where I coach professional athletes on a daily basis who have won Tour Stages, World Championships, Cycling Monuments, and more.
In addition to this, I offer coaching through Cadence Performance in London and also run bespoke coaching and sports science support through The Big Chainring.
The best way to get started working with me is to simply send me a message and we can arrange a time for a chat after some information-sharing over e-mail/message. We can then work out what you need to get your performance increasing!
