I coach athletes independently allowing me to set my own prices competitively and the athletes are always benefiting. Approximately 100% of my athletes are remotely coached. I'm pursuing my degree in Kinesiology and will be going after my Masters in 2020.

I grew up in West Tennessee, moved to Texas in 2012. I have been doing triathlon since 2010, where I placed second overall. Prior to that I was a runner by nature as I have done more than 20 half marathons. I also have completed full ironman and many 70.3 distance races. I coach because I enjoy helping others not only get to the finish line in the best frame of mind but have the best race possible. I am known most for my bi-annual give away in which I give away six months of coaching for free. This is only through social media. At the end of the six months, I do not ask anything of the athlete other than dedication and an open mind.
