Nic combines his passion for endurance sports coaching, strength training and nutrition to help athletes achieve their endurance sporting goals. Nic has being competing as an athlete in triathlons since 2012 and coaching since 2014. Nic has an extensive knowledge of what it takes to train both beginner and experienced triathletes for all distance races (Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and Ironman)
Nic spent his junior years swimming competitively up to state level before he moved into the personal training industry from 2004 where he specialised in endurance sports strength conditioning. Nic is currently in his final year completing his Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine) degree.
