Being an Age Group Endurance Athlete is one of the most admirable things a person can do. Challenging yourself, living an active lifestyle, setting and achieving incredible goals, all while working a full-time job, taking care of a family, social commitments, chores etc. etc., always amazes me. I've been an age group athlete in endurance sports for 20+ years and a coach for almost as long. My goal is to help driven people like yourself achieve success while finding that training/life balance.
I believe the most important aspect of looking for a coach is the relationship. There must be a strong coach/athlete relationship built on trust and strong communication for you to be successful. The reality is, this is about you and how you're going to achieve your goals. I can assist you but ultimately it's up to you and you need to be an active participant in this process. Book a chat and let's get to know each other!
The second aspect is to find someone with knowledge and experience.
So here is my resume...
