Bio

My personal weight loss of over 50 lbs after undergraduate school led me to obtain a graduate degree in exercise science. I have over twenty five years of experience in combining the scientific principles for fitness as well as sports performance with practical application. Personally I continue to compete in local and national cycling time trial, road races, running and multisport events. I hold a USAC Cycling Level 2 Coach certification along with a BS in Education, Va Tech and MS in Education, Old Dominion University
