Areas of expertise include race prep/tactics, nutritional guidance, time trial strategy and sports psychology.
Services I provide include a general consultation, where we go over a rough road map of the season as well as a nutritional consult. I also provide customized weekly training plans and at the top of my program, I provide power analysis as well.
I'm currently a professional racer with Boulder based 303 Project, currently living in San Diego. In addition to the 10 years of race experience I have, I am a USAC level 2 certified coach, along with being certified with Training Peaks University. I've been coaching athletes at a variety of levels for 5 years now and thoroughly enjoy it! I earned a Bachelors degree in Sports medicine from Colorado State in 2015 and put my degree to practice when coaching. I take on a very new school approach when it comes to training, using both the knowledge of physiology I have learned through my college studies, in addition to using my extensive race experience. I also take nutrition and life stress into account to better all my athletes performance as well as general health. I use WKO 4+ and have a firm grasp on power analysis and using power as a training tool. I also understand that power is just that, a tool, and take the mental aspect and RPE into account as well.
