Coach Bio

I am a coach who is combining my passion for cycling with my background in sport science to provide data driven, personalised coaching plans. I have experience working with power, heart rate, HRV, road, gravel, cyclocross, MTB, Zwift racing/training as well as triathletes in off road, olympic and Ironman distances. I also have strength training and nutrition coaching experience and where appropriate can provide assistance in these areas.

I hold a Bachelor and PGDip in Sport Science from Otago University as well as a Certificate in Sports Nutrition and a Grad Dip in Holistic Nutrition.
While I prefer to provide personalised coaching plans based around data, there is no substitution for communication and how an athlete is feeling outside of the numbers is paramount.
