Core and strength programs are updated weekly and are videos made by me to make the programs easy to follow.

I was born and Schooled in South Africa, my main focuses are motivating, training and mentoring aspiring endurance clients. It is my full time business ( Coach inc ), and my passion for all endurance sports. I have been training clients for over 16 years and have competed in numerous endurance events.

I have been involved in personal training as well as coaching since I left school in 1999, during my university days coached many sports ( Rugby, Softball, Cricket, Soccer to name a few ) well studying my Bcom.
