As a nationally certified coach with 20 years of experience, there's no better feeling than helping someone achieve a goal. I have helped hundreds of people reach their goals, from the beginner starting a new chapter in their life to the advanced competitive athlete looking to break a personal record.

My expertise lies in coaching beginner to advance lifestyle endurance athletes for triathlon, duathlon, cycling (road and MTB), running, as well as strength training and weight loss for athletic performance.⁣ I'm a huge promoter of core training and utilize Dr. Stuart McGill's guidelines.

I have also been racing in various endurance sports throughout my adult life. I competed in running, triathlon and duathlon for over 8 years and then moved on to road cycling and mountain biking. Most recently, I completed the 2019 TransRockies Classic 7-day mountain bike stage race in British Columbia.⁣ I will compete in Singletrack 6 in 2020 for my second time.

Other major athletic accomplishments: qualified for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series.⁣
