As a nationally certified coach with 21 years of experience, there's no better feeling than helping someone achieve a goal. I have helped thousands of people, from beginners starting a new chapter in their life to the advanced competitive athlete looking to break a personal record. My expertise mainly lies in coaching beginner to intermediate level lifestyle athletes for running, cycling, triathlon, duathlon and walking.
I have also been racing in various endurance sports throughout my adult life. I competed in running, triathlon and duathlon for over 8 years and then moved on to cyclocross, road cycling and mountain biking. Most recently, I completed the 2019 TransRockies Classic 7-day mountain bike stage race in British Columbia. My next stage race is Moab Rocks 3-day mountain bike race in 2022.
Other major athletic accomplishments: qualified for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series.
