Bio

As a nationally certified coach with 20 years of experience, there's no better feeling than helping someone achieve a goal. I have helped hundreds of people reach their goals, from the beginner starting a new chapter in their life to the advanced competitive athlete looking to break a personal record. My expertise lies in coaching mainly beginner level athletes for triathlon, duathlon, cycling (road and MTB), running, as well as strength training and weight loss.⁣

I have also been racing in various endurance sports throughout my adult life. I competed in running, triathlon and duathlon for over 8 years and then moved on to road cycling and mountain biking. Most recently, I completed the 2019 TransRockies Classic 7-day mountain bike stage race in British Columbia.⁣ I will compete in Singletrack 6 in 2021 for my second time.

Other major athletic accomplishments: qualified for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series.⁣
