Coach Bio

As a coach, I have been working with endurance athletes for over 20 years. I coach runners, triathletes, and cyclists, always tailoring training plans to each athlete’s individual lifestyle. I especially enjoy working with time-crunched athletes, as it allows me to be creative and make the most of the available time. For me, coaching is not only about performance, but also about ensuring that sport remains a long-term source of enjoyment and a natural part of everyday life.

I have been involved in endurance sports for over twenty years, as an athlete and coach. I previously competed in middle- and long-distance running, and since 2016 I have worked full-time as a coach. During this time, I have worked with athletes from beginners to elite competitors, across a wide range of goals and life situations.
As a coach, I place great importance on a personalized approach, honest communication, and continuous feedback. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions – every training plan is tailored to the athlete’s lifestyle, capacity, and objectives. I work with runners, triathletes, and cyclists alike, whether they are preparing for their first race or pursuing long-term development.

I have also had the opportunity to gain deeper insight into elite sport: together with a female race walker, we achieved qualification for three Olympic Games. This experience provided invaluable professional knowledge in long-term planning, technical development, and mental preparation.
I feel especially connected to time-crunched athletes. I find it enjoyable, as it requires a high level of creativity, efficiency, and quick thinking to make the most of limited training time.
I truly believe that with proper planning, smart compromises, and consistency, meaningful progress is possible even when time is limited.
For me, coaching is not only about performance, but also about ensuring that sport remains a long-term source of joy and an integral part of everyday life-
