With 36+ years in endurance sport—including 23 years of racing and 13 years as a professional triathlete—I provide individualized triathlon and running coaching built around long-term athletic development, intelligent decision-making, and sustainable performance.
My coaching combines elite racing experience, sport science education, and the T3 Method to help athletes train with greater purpose and confidence. From first-time finishers to Kona qualifiers, professionals, and world champions, every training plan is personalized to fit the athlete's physiology, goals, lifestyle, and long-term development.
Years of international racing—including ITU World Cups, European Cups, Ironman, and Ironman 70.3 competition—shaped a coaching philosophy centered on intelligent training, consistency, recovery, and adapting performance to the realities of everyday life.
I believe great performance isn't built by simply doing more. It's built by making better decisions consistently, understanding how the body responds to training, building durability, and progressing with patience over time.
Whether the goal is finishing a first race, qualifying for Kona, or maximizing elite-level performance, the process remains the same: individualized coaching built on trust, communication, and intelligent progression.
