I'm Andres Alfaro Garcia and I'm a swimming coach specialized in open water and triathlon coach. I offer training plans for a season or for a specific aim, these plans can be individuals o for a group.
For people who live in my zone (Alicante, Spain), I offer presencials trainings in swimming pool, tracks, and so on with individual techniques corrections.
Also I offer video record and stroke analisys. For people who don't live in my zone I can receive the video to make technique analisys.
For me the technique in swimming is the most important thing, more than to swim a lot of meters or more than to train too hard. With a good technique you can improve your sensations in the water, and to improve your personal best time.
My athletes will learn to swim correctly, with a good technic, and when we'll arrive to this point, we'll begin to train harder and harde to achieve our objectives.
