A swim and tri coach who enjoys connecting with adults and kids to help them challenge themselves while having fun in the process. Most of the athletes that work with me enjoy spending time with family, hold full time jobs, and have other life joys. Triathlon and working out are ways to stay healthy so they can enjoy the other priorities in life. My specialties include swim technique and conditioning, tri training plans, strength training, and metabolic coaching.
Starting swimming competitively in 1987. Swimming experience includes D3 college and most recently Masters swimming. Started coaching swimming in 1996. Experience includes high school, college, Masters, and triathletes. In 2016 started coaching triathletes in all disciplines, coordinating season plans, and leading strength training sessions. Have worked with athletes of all levels, new triathletes to Kona qualifiers.
