I'm a passionate, competitive Runner and a keen Road Racing and Time Trial specialist. I have over 25 years experience as a Fitness Professional; optimising schedules and monitoring progress is what I do best.

I understand the demands of the 'time crunched athlete' and love finding creative ways to train around other commitments. If you don't want the support of a coach, I am always happy to create a bespoke training plan that you can follow under your own steam. I aim to be holistic, supportive and effective in whatever I do.

I'm also a huge fan and advocate of Strength & Conditioning training. Sometimes the old fashioned tools have the most impact (and are the most time effective). Couple this with modern technology and I can coach remotely via Facetime..
