She has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, and is a USAT Level 1 Coach. Steph has competed in every distance of triathlon, loves to mountain bike, trail run, and help athletes reach their goals! In addition to coaching and racing, Steph is a wife and a mom of 3.
Steph's coaching philosophy is focused on the individual. Every athlete's life is unique and requires a holistic approach to training. She realizes that training and racing require a delicate balance with other roles in life. Her goal is to get your to race day feeling healthy, happy, and ready to crush your goals. Anybody can train hard, but a good portion of athletes don't take into account the importance of recovery, sleep, and nutrition. Training hard doesn't do anything if you can't train smart.
