At SunDrunk Runs, we offer passionate, compassionate run coaching for trail and ultra endurance athletes. We foster deep relationships and craft training through a combination of rigorous data analysis and an understanding of each athlete's physiology, psychology, and goals. Other than running and talking about running, Veronica enjoys learning about running! Her favorite race distance is 100 miles, and she is enthusiastically committed to optimizing her training and racing as well as reaching her maximum speed potential on gnarly, iconic Beast Coast routes. She is an RRCA Registered Coach, and she will complete the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy’s Ultrarunning Coaching Certification Course when it launches in Fall 2020. She loves working with runners of all abilities, which includes leading a beginning trail running program, Rookie Runners, through the Leatherman Harriers trail running group. On those rare occasions when she is not running, Veronica is growing vegetables, boring her husband with monologues about the scientific literature on carbohydrate periodization, or reading her son, Vladimir, books about kittens.
