She has more than four decades of experience in the cycling world as an athlete, coach, race promoter, local association board member, and team organizer. As a level 2 USAC certified coach, she’s helped athletes of all levels and ages prepare for and reach their goals in road, mountain, and cyclocross.
Her lifelong love of athletics led her first to ski racing, then cycling, running, duathlon and triathlon. In addition to coaching individuals, Sue has coached at many adult and junior cycling track, road, mtb and cyclocross camps and clinics. As a veteran teacher, Sue blends her extensive experience in adult and adolescent learning with coaching junior, senior, and masters level cyclists.
