M. Sc. in Mathematics... can really only be used to analyse the data you provide.

Basic Coaching license... this is what should matter. The DTU conducts trainings for coaches. I did that and I am planning to get my advanced coaching licence as well.
My focus these was on competitive sports.

Since 2020 I conduct training sessions at my local club in all three disciplines. Also in 2020, I started to conduct 1-on-1 coaching for my friends. The biggest highlight there was a 9:51:09 Ironman debut in Hamburg of an athlete I coached for 3 years.

About my philosophy... I do not agree with the idea of an ironman-in-one-Year kind of training. My plans (and I hope yours as well) are focused on a long lasting career in your sports. That includes a healthy build up and realistic goals.
That does not mean that your training will be too easy, just that I do not like the idea of breaking you mentally or physically.
Communication is key! I will ask for your feedback and your well being. If you are feeling down or unmotivated and start to struggle with the training, neither you nor me will enjoy the process. I enjoy a plan tailored to your needs and your capacities.
