I am a mom of three, a wife of a 2x KQ Ironman, a runner and a cyclist, a lover of nature, a tireless go-getter and a small business owner. I have many obligations that pull me in different directions, but I fully understand the draw to sport. I bring to the table, the skills and plans to balance racing, work, and other obligations, while keeping family first!

After 15 years of corporate grind, I took a leap of faith, and followed my passion for health and wellness. In 2011, I purchased a gym and set off on a carrer path that offered me the joy of helping others, but also the flexibility to volunteer at my kids schools and more time with my family. As a runner and triathlete myself, I made strong connections in my local endurance community, and our studio began to train many athletes. This naturally flowed into a coaching business. I no longer own the gym, and now have my primary focus in online coaching and personal training.

I bring to you the following strengths:

  • Experience coaching, training and mentoring many levels from high school and collegiate athletes, beginner to advanced level athletes.
  • Extensive understanding of training and race execution as well as strength training
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics and working with athletes to avoid injury and use proper form
  • Energetic, encouraging, caring person with strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, natural leader; I hold myself to a high standard for integrity and honesty
