Strength & conditioning coach with experience training athletes across sports. I offer ready-made programs for general fitness and sport performance, plus custom plans for high-level athletes including annual training and nutrition support. Specialties include rotational sports (golf/baseball), powerlifting, and long-term development.
I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Kinesiology, and my approach to coaching is grounded in biomechanics, physiology, and real-world application. I’ve coached a wide range of athletes—from beginners building general fitness to advanced lifters, rotational athletes, and those competing in strength sports. I previously coached at the Sports Performance Center at Oregon State University, where I worked with collegiate and youth athletes on strength development, movement quality, and power training.
Currently, I work in cancer research, and I bring a highly data-driven and scientific lens to every program I design. My philosophy is simple: training should be targeted, efficient, and structured around long-term progress. I prioritize movement competency, performance outcomes, and sustainability—whether someone is chasing a stronger swing, better rotational power, or just looking to train with purpose.
I offer both prebuilt, well-structured programs for most athletes and fully customized plans for those needing high-level individualization, including long-term periodization and nutritional support. I believe great coaching blends science, structure, and communication—and I aim to deliver all three.
