We specialize in endurance sport coaching, nutrition, training camps, indoor cycling/training, racing strategies, and creating schedules that fit into busy, active lifestyles. Our mission is to promote physical activity in a fun and supportive way, and to help people of all ages reach goals and overcome challenges.

Nicole began racing mountain bikes in 1998. She raced cross country and track at the collegiate level while studying at Keene State College 1996-2000. Since then she's consistently finished in the top 10 as an amateur on the local triathlon, running, and cycling circuit. Nicole completed her second season of elite cyclocross racing in 2014.
