Stephanie became a USA Cycling Coaching personal trainer to help other athletes just like her. No matter the distance, I was a chubby endurance athlete. I have done ultra marathons and an ironman triathlon and was still fat. It was frustrating! It was really an obsession of mine to figure out how to fix that problem.
Anyone who has ever run a half marathon, ridden a century bike ride, or any other endurance event will notice that about half the people are overweight. Which might seem odd, the amount of exercise that is required to do the event. Stephanie finally figured it out and help athletes, just like her, who work hard but don't see the results they would like or expect.
