I'm a Spartan Athlete in the AG and Elite division. I grew up playing competitive soccer, tennis and rugby. My academic background is in Kinesiology and Exercise Psychology. I strive to build both the mind and body to work together synergistically to overcome challenges/ difficulties & crush goals at hand.
