The Sport of Running 3 (SOR3) - Run Stronger, Faster, and Injury Free!
SOR3 was an idea spawned in 2013 from my journey to become a better runner. Like most runners, I was plagued with injuries, zero training guidance, or a clue on how to prevent these injuries from happening in the first place. It wasn't until I began my quest through practical application, research, and education that I discovered a running technique called the Pose Method. This is a method that helped provide a standard that I could easily follow. For me, it is this standard that has kept me running stronger, faster, and injury free. Perfecting this skill is a life-long journey and will help me fortify the Sport of Running while helping others.
I have run hundreds of races that include everything from the 5K, 10K, 25K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, and Ultra Endurance Races. Additionally, I have run on all types of terrain, elevation, and environments. All of which help provide credibility through experience and education of understanding the science behind running and how to systematically program training plans for myself and others.
