Bio

Hello!

I grew up being a stand-out swimmer in Canada competing for the Quebec Junior Team in Canadian national events at the age of 13. At the age of 17, I joined the Canadian National Performance Centre in Montreal, Canada and trained with 8 Olympians and the Canadian Olympic Coach, Benoit Lebrun. In March 2009, our squad broke the Canadian National Record in the Women's 4x50m Freestyle Relay and the Women's 4x100m Freestyle Relay which is still untouched to this day!

In 2010 I moved to Europe to train in Poland and Spain and completed the 2011 season with the national Spanish title in 100-meter Freestyle. My passion for swimming extended to open water racing on the island of Mallorca, Spain - winning the 5KM and 8KM races.

From 2013 to 2019 I dove deep into coaching swimming. I coached triathletes, both beginners and pro's, youth national swimming clubs, masters swimmers, and elite open water swimmers.
