Since 2012, I have been a fitness instructor for the Army and have been writing running and strength plans during that time. I started coaching myself after having a triathlon coach for the past 5 years and found that I love it more than anything and began coaching fellow athletes so I could share my experience with them.

My approach is simple. I provide the framework for you to succeed regardless of your background, age, or ability. This sport is fun and coaching should not be intimidating or make the sport stressful. More importantly, your training needs to fit into your life. I will work with you to find your potential and prove to yourself that you're stronger than you ever thought possible.

My plans focus on doing to correct work to prepare you for your event or goal; keeping the focus on the bigger picture so you can focus on enjoying yourself and not stressing about pace and mph. Data is extremely helpful, but is only a snapshot. When it comes to race day, adaptability and preparation will make you finish even the hardest races with grit and grace.
