The secret of performance is continuity. This is achieved with a high sense of achievement and a close coach-athlete relationship. I know that performance consists of several elements and I can help you get the elements fit together regardless of your life situation. I understand the different needs of the different type of athlete. Either you are a proffesional or an average exerciser.
Education: Bachelor's degree in sport's biology and a Master's degree in physiology and coaching from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences.
Over 10 years of coaching experience in endurance sports and have coaches athletes on all levels from the novice to the professional athlete. I've also started two professional mountainbike team where I've been team manager and coach.
So far in 2016 my professional athletes have won two national championship titles, two silver medals and one bronse medal. Further, they've taken 12 victories and 34 top three positions in national cups. Furthermore, I've had 3 athletes participating in world championships, with a forth positions as the best result, and four athletes in european championships with a forth and two fifth positions as best result.
Results from 2014 and 2015 includes a silver and a bronse medal from the world championship and a top three in UCI World Series.
