Smartendu is an endurance sports club created for people looking for a systematized training program tailored to individual needs, professional advice in the field of sports training, or individual coaching care.
I graduated at the Academy of Physical Education, and I also have the qualifications of a swimming instructor and a PZLA athletics instructor. In addition, I am a skiing, windsurfing and sailing instructor. I have many years of coaching and competitive experience where I am a medalist of the Polish Championships and a participant of the World Championships. I have stood on the podium many times in triathlon, aquabike and swimming competitions. All this allowed me to gain valuable experience. I constantly develop myself by training during courses and conferences, and I try to follow the latest trends in sports.
I coach athletes, preparing them for triathlon, running, cycling and swimming competitions. Over 3 decades of experience in sports has allowed me to gather the experience and necessary knowledge to help you too.
