I offer training for age group athletes from beginner to high performance as well as Junior Development athletes including those in the Triathlon Victoria Junior Development Program.


My goal as a coach is to make myself redundant in your life.I want to TEACH you everything I know from years of research and testing with triathletes. I want you to get the BEST information, from every source, to find out what personally works for you. Because you are different to every other athlete I have met.. I won't just TELL you what to do.

With a 15 year background in swim coaching and 7+ years in triathlon I have personally raced distances from mini to Ironman in 2014.
I have been coaching swimmers of all types and came to the sport of triathlon with little cycling and running experience. I became a Development Coach (Level 1) in 2012 and Performance Coach (Level 2) in May 2015 with a week spent at the AIS.
I have coached pure beginners through to those seeking age group word championship spots, and Junior Development and draft legal juniors.

I limit the amount of athletes I take on to 6: I have a full time job, just like you so I want to be able to give you the amount of attention that you deserve from your coach.
We can work so closely we become friends, or you can simply check in once a week on training peaks, that's totally up to you.
I build programs not only based on your triathlon goals, but your family, your work, your strengths and your weaknesses. I will work with your physio, massage therapist, or any other professional you currently attend, or point you towards one of my team.
I work closely with an exercise scientist to develop strength programs.
