Finding the right coach for your needs is important. Each coach has their own style and personality. My goal is to be the right coach for you. I work with my athletes as individuals to come up with a plan that will help them achieve their goals. Some of the things I offer are weekly phone calls, fitness assessment and development, feedback on running form, and workouts designed to help you meet your goals.
Sally graduated in 2004 with her B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. She has since continued her education with a B.A. in Special Education and Ed.M. in Educational Leadership. Her passion for athletics has followed her throughout her professional teaching career. She has coached numerous athletes, organized community races, taught running classes, and helped individuals reach their personal fitness goals. Sally has competed in nine Ironman races, qualifying for Kona twice. Her drive to improve herself and others is what makes her coaching style and personality unique.
