I have enjoyed 10 Years of Professional racing including x3 I.T.U World Championship teams, Australian Triathlete of the year and National Pro titles. Helping people make their goals and aspirations happen is a privilege. I have coached many athletes to National titles in both age group and professional racing. My training plans challenge and inspire athletes to race day with the latest evidence based knowldege and personalisation.
